What we rent, for your dates.

Part of our range is rented for a conference, a gala, a launch, a fair or an open-air event. Switch between indoors and outdoors.

Holograms, the HoloBox, totems and kiosks stay indoors; LED furniture goes outdoors only under cover.

    We visit the venue if necessary, and we come back with a written offer: screens, transport, set-up, operation and dismantling, line by line.

    The signed quote confirms the rental. A rental is paid in advance, and its period is set in the contract.

    Everything comes down and goes back with our crew. The venue is left as we found it.

  • Floor or ground

    A floor that takes the frame, and the height for the wall; for a trailer, level, firm ground and clear space above.

  • Power

    A supply close to each screen, set in the offer, unless the trailer carries its own generator.

  • Access

    A way in for the flight cases, or for the trailer and its towing vehicle, on the day.

  • Content

    The content for the screens, or the sources to connect.

What can we rent?

Indoors: event LED walls at P2.6 on a steel frame or flown on truss, LED furniture, HYPERVSN holograms by the unit, a 32-inch HoloBox subject to availability, a totem and 32-inch touchscreen kiosks. Outdoors: LED screens on a ground-support frame or truss, and LED screens on trailers from 7 to 63 m², all at P3.9.

What is only for sale?

Fixed indoor LED walls, window screens, LED ceilings, interactive LED, transparent screens, window and open frame displays, ordering kiosks and HoloBox Nova are sold, not rented. Of the trailers, the 7 m² can also be bought.

Who runs the screens during the event?

Our operator runs your sources on the LED walls and trailers: a computer, a video player, a camera feed. On single-day events our crew stays with you; longer events are covered on request.

What can we show?

Your own sources on the LED screens: rented screens do not run DATAVSN. LED furniture shows content prepared before the event, not a live feed. For the holograms, bring your 3D content or we make a short 3D video from your logo and visuals; for a rental, we manage the playback with our own application.

Can the screen stand outdoors?

Yes, on a trailer or on a ground-support frame or truss, sealed to IP65. A trailer needs level, firm ground and clear space above it, and a rental screen follows the event’s own authorisation.

How is a rental confirmed and paid?

With the signed quote, which is valid for 30 days. A rental is paid in advance, and its period is set in the contract.

What if something is damaged?

During the rental, you are responsible for proper use, for protecting the equipment against damage and theft, and for returning it in good condition. Repair or replacement costs are charged to the customer, and a security deposit may apply.

Do you work outside Switzerland?

Yes. Our crews deploy across Switzerland and into Europe; the transport distance is part of the written offer.
