Digital Signage maintenance, by the team that installed it.
Preventive checks, software updates and Swiss-based technicians, for the screens we supplied and installed. One partner, not five.
What it covers.
Maintenance keeps what we supplied and installed in service, year after year. It is written into your offer, line by line.
Preventive checks
Planned with you, rather than waiting for a fault.
Software updates
The software we supplied, kept up to date.
Spare panels
Held for the LED screens we install.
Repairs on site
By the team that installed your screens.
For the screens HYPERVISUAL supplied and installed. We do not maintain installations fitted by others.
One panel, not the wall.
An LED screen is built from panels. When one fails, it comes out on its own; the others stay in place.
- 01
A panel goes dark
One dark square in the picture: you tell us what you see.
- 02
It comes out on its own
From the front, or from the back where there is a service corridor.
- 03
A spare goes in
From the spare panels we hold for the screens we install.
- 04
The picture is whole again
Nothing dismantled: the panels around it never moved.
In a shop window, the panels come out from inside the shop.

Your questions.
Answered straight.
Anything specific to your screens is settled in the written offer.
Do you maintain screens installed by someone else?
No. We maintain what we supplied and installed, with the team that installed it.
Who notices a fault, and how do we report it?
You do, or your team on site. Call or write to us and describe what you see, where and since when. When a fault needs hands, the team that installed your screens comes out.
What happens when an LED panel fails?
It comes out on its own, from the front when the screen sits against a wall, from the back when there is a service corridor, and is replaced without touching its neighbours. We hold spare panels for the screens we install.
What does the warranty cover?
Under article 9 of our terms of sale: the hardware for 24 months against manufacturing defects, excluding misuse, normal wear, environmental factors and consumables; the software for 12 months to perform as documented; the quality of our services for 90 days. Claims are made in writing, with proof of purchase and a detailed description.
Is maintenance part of the offer?
Yes. It is a line of its own in the written offer, next to the panels, the structure, the cabling and the commissioning, so you know from the start what keeps the picture on. We do not publish a tariff.
Can we change the content ourselves?
Yes. The screens take your own sources, or run on DATAVSN, our own CMS hosted in Switzerland, if you chose it. Maintenance looks after what sits behind the picture: the hardware and the software we supplied.
What about a screen rented for an event?
Our crew stays with it until it is taken down and the room is clear.
Let’s talk about your screens
Maintenance covers what we supplied and installed. Tell us what runs where: we come back with a written offer, line by line.
- What you have. LED screens, displays, totems or kiosks, and how many.
- Where they are. One site or several, indoors or outdoors.
- How they run. On your own sources, or on DATAVSN.
