Returns: report them within 30 days of delivery. Installed equipment, custom-made products and activated software licences are not returnable.

How does a project unfold?
A site visit if needed, a written proposal, then the build. For a rental, we plan the build and the teardown around your event hours; for a fixed LED wall, the schedule follows your fit-out and your architect. One team, one contact, from the first measurement to the handover.
What does an LED screen rental include?
Delivery, build, calibration, the signal chain, a technician on site when the event needs one, and teardown. One company, one contact, from the quote to the moment the truck leaves.
Who does the joinery and the electrics?
You do, through your fit-out contractor and to our drawings: the recess, the cladding, a dedicated supply and a network point at the screen. We bring the frame, the panels, the signal chain, the calibration and the lifting. All of it is written down before the offer.
What happens if a panel fails?
It comes out on its own, from the front when the wall sits against a partition, from the back when there is a service corridor, and is replaced without touching its neighbours. We hold spare panels for the walls we install.
Do I need a permit for an outdoor LED screen?
For a fixed screen on a façade or a mast, usually yes: the rules depend on the commune and the canton, and some limit brightness or content at night. Check with your commune before the project; the offer is built on the screen you are allowed to install. A rental screen for an event follows the event’s own authorisation.
Do you work outside Switzerland?
Yes. Our crews deploy across Switzerland and into Europe; the transport distance is part of the written offer.
