Can we bring our own application?

Yes. A kiosk can be delivered bare for your own application, with a business application, or with one written by HYPERVISUAL. If you bring your own, the kiosk arrives ready to receive it.

In which languages can it run?

In your visitors’ languages. The applications HYPERVISUAL writes for kiosks and totems are multi-language, so each visitor uses them in their own.

Can our team change the content?

Yes. Your team changes the content on its own, a menu or a directory, and we show it how at commissioning. When a tenant moves, the directory changes once, on every totem.

Do we own the code?

No. Under our general terms, custom developments are licensed for use, not owned: the software remains the property of HYPERVISUAL. The licence is non-transferable and limited to the number of users specified.

What is covered once it is live?

Under our general terms, the software is warranted for 12 months to perform as documented, and the kiosk or the totem for 24 months against manufacturing defects.

How is it different from DATAVSN?

DATAVSN is our CMS: it publishes what your screens show, by screen, zone and hour, and its options measure the audience and react to it. A custom application is what your visitors use by hand: a map, a check-in, an order, a game or a survey. Touch applications are custom software, written by HYPERVISUAL.

How is an application quoted?

In a written offer, on your project: the application is quoted with the screens it runs on, and the offer lists each item line by line. We visit the site if necessary.
