What our general terms of sale say about warranty, payment and returns. They come with every written offer.

Quote and order

A quote is valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed by the signed quote, the required deposit and the complete technical specifications.

Payment

Standard: 30 days net. Large projects: 40% at order, 40% at delivery and 20% at completion. A rental is paid in advance.

Delivery times

Indicative only, and not contractually binding: they depend on manufacturing, components, transport and customs.

Returns

Report within 30 days of delivery: the item unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Not returnable: custom-made or personalised products, activated software licences, installed equipment, items used for events or demonstrations, consumables.

Licences are non-transferable. Custom developments are licensed for use, not owned.

What can we buy, and what is only rented?

Every family of our range is for sale. Event LED walls are rented only, and of the LED trailers, the 7 m² is the only one we sell. Outdoor LED screens, totems and kiosks, HYPERVSN holograms, the HoloBox and LED furniture can be bought or rented.

Do you visit the site before the offer?

If necessary. You describe the project, we visit the site if necessary, and we come back with a written offer, line by line.

How is an order confirmed?

With the signed quote, the required deposit and the complete technical specifications, as our terms of sale set out. A quote is valid for 30 days.

When do we pay?

Standard payment is 30 days net. For large projects, 40% at order, 40% at delivery and 20% at completion.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the screens, their manufacturing and their transport. The delivery times we give are indicative only; the installation dates are agreed with you.

What does the warranty cover?

Hardware: 24 months for manufacturing defects; misuse, normal wear, environmental factors and consumables are excluded. Software: 12 months of performance as documented. Our services: 90 days on workmanship. A claim is made in writing, with proof of purchase and a detailed description.

Can we return a screen?

Report it within 30 days of delivery: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Installed equipment, custom-made products, activated software licences, items used for events or demonstrations and consumables cannot be returned.

Do we have to use your software?

No. Your screens play your own sources. DATAVSN, our own CMS hosted in Switzerland, is offered with the fixed screens we sell and never imposed; audience measurement and interactivity are options on top of it.
