DATAVSN, the CMS HYPERVISUAL writes and hosts in Switzerland, publishes what your LED screens, totems and open frame displays show, by screen, zone and hour, for one hotel or a whole group.

Does an LED wall make a noise in the lobby?

Not when it is chosen for a lobby. Where silence matters, we use fanless panels, and we leave the air path that a recessed wall needs. Like any large display, the wall draws power and gives off heat: the heat load is written into the offer, so the ventilation of the lobby can be planned with it.

Can we rent an LED wall for a gala?

Yes. Event LED walls are rented from 7 to 30 m² at P2.6, free-standing on their steel frame or flown on truss, with nothing fixed to the walls of the room, and the picture stays steady on camera for a filmed evening. Our crew builds the wall, runs your sources, takes it down and leaves the room as it found it.

Can the screens change with the time of day?

Yes, on the screens DATAVSN runs: the lobby and ballroom walls, the totems, the open frame displays and the terrace screen get their content hour by hour (breakfast, lunch, the evening), prepared in advance and changed remotely. The kiosks and HoloBox Nova run their own software.

How many languages does the holographic concierge speak?

French, German and English as standard, and up to 38 in all. HoloBox Nova answers from a knowledge base that belongs to the hotel: it knows only what your team has written in its editor. It replies in about half a second, one guest at a time, and keeps no audio and no video.

Who updates the programme of the meeting rooms?

Your banqueting team, in DATAVSN: the name of each event, its times and the host’s logo, room by room and hour by hour, from one place. It shows on the wayfinding totem and on any other screen DATAVSN runs.

Can the check-in kiosk work with our hotel software?

HYPERVISUAL writes the check-in application, and the kiosk has its payment terminal built in. The link with your hotel software depends on that software: it is studied project by project, before the offer.

What do you measure, and where?

Nothing, unless you choose the option. DATAVSN can count passers-by anonymously and measure the stop rate and the attention time on screens that face the street or the terrace, never in the lobby. The image is processed on the player and an information sign stands at each measured screen. Metrics only: no face is recognised.

Can a hotel group run the screens of all its hotels from one place?

Yes, with DATAVSN, our own CMS hosted in Switzerland: what the LED screens, the totems and the open frame displays of every hotel show is published and changed remotely, from one account. The group sets the standard, each hotel adds what is local with its own team. DATAVSN stays optional: the screens also play your own sources.
