Most people who order an LED wall in Geneva have never done it before. You know what the audience should see. What you cannot judge from the outside is whether the supplier has read the room properly, priced the whole job, and will still be reachable if something fails.

Pixel pitch, brightness, processing, rigging loads. Turning a room and an audience into the right specification is our job. We advise on the format and explain it in plain language before you commit. The technical survey is part of the job, and it sits on the quote like every other line.

Survey, transport, structure, cabling, content, installation and teardown: every line is costed and written down before you sign. Nothing appears on site that was not on the quote.

On single-day events our crew stays with you, and we cover longer ones on request. Outside that, one call is enough: our team steps in.

What we deliver in Geneva

Geneva runs on congresses, diplomacy and retail. Most of what we install here goes into a hall or a conference room for a few days, then comes out again. Some of it stays in a shop window for years. We do both, with four formats and the software that runs them, from one supplier. Rent for a trade fair or install permanently: the same equipment, the same crew, the same software. Feasibility study, technical survey, transport, installation, content and teardown are all part of the service, and all costed up front.

Forty-five communes. Two Genevas.

The canton of Geneva holds forty-five communes on a strip of land wrapped around the end of the lake, and one of them, Céligny, sits detached inside the canton of Vaud. Read the map the way business does and there are two Genevas working side by side: the international quarter around the Place des Nations, and the commercial city along the Rhone and the lakefront. They do not brief a screen the same way.

Palexpo, Le Grand-Saconnex

106,000 m2 of exhibition space across seven halls, all of them pillarless except Hall 3, next to the airport. Hall walls, hanging banners and full-height LED for stands that have to be read from the other end of the hall.
Centre International de Conférences, Varembé

Conference rooms from twenty seats up to a plenary for 2,200, plus more than 4,000 m2 of exhibition and networking space over four levels. Keynote walls, foyer totems and breakout-room displays, on build slots that fall between two conferences.
The international quarter, Place des Nations

The UN offices, the permanent missions and the NGOs that sit around them. Lobby walls, auditorium screens and visitor-centre displays, for rooms where the audience arrives in six languages and the technical rules are set by the building.
Rue du Rhône and the old town, retail

Window displays, transparent LED and in-store walls for watchmaking, jewellery and flagship launches, in a city centre where the shopfront is often listed and the vitrine does the selling.
The lakefront hotels and banquet rooms

Gala evenings, annual meetings and product launches in rooms that were not designed for a screen. Free-standing walls, ground support and cabling that has to disappear before the doors open.
Airport, Meyrin and the Plaine de l'Aire

The offices, showrooms and logistics sites west of the city. Reception walls, canteen screens and wayfinding totems, on sites where the install window is a Saturday morning.

Forty-five communes, one team

How fast can you deliver in the canton of Geneva?

For standard indoor formats we normally cover a request within a few days, subject to what is already out on other jobs. Large outdoor walls and custom builds need more lead time, mostly because of rigging and structure rather than the panels themselves. Tell us the date first and we will say straight away whether it is realistic.

What screen sizes can I get?

From a 3 m² indoor backdrop to walls of 30 m² and beyond. LED is modular, so the surface is built to your room rather than picked from a catalogue: we work back from viewing distance, ceiling height and the content you want to show, then propose a pitch (P3.9, P2.6 or finer) that stays sharp at the distance your audience actually stands.

Do you know the Geneva venues, or do I have to brief you?

We deliver to Palexpo, the Centre International de Conférences, the international quarter and the lakefront hotels, as well as showrooms and shopping streets across the forty-five communes. For every booking we contact the venue's technical office ourselves to confirm load limits, access times and build windows. That part is our job, not yours.

What happens if something fails during the event?

On single-day events our crew stays with you; on longer runs, on site cover is available on request. Outside that, one call is enough and a technician comes out. Spare panels and a spare processor travel with every rig, so a failed module is swapped without taking the wall down.

Can I rent a hologram instead of a screen?

Yes. HYPERVSN 3D units and HoloBox are available on the same daily rates, and they are often the better answer in a lobby or on a small stand where a wall would simply not fit. We can also produce the 3D content, since a hologram running stock footage is a waste of the format.

What does a rental actually cost?

It depends on the surface, the duration, the access and how much rigging the venue requires, which is why we quote a brief rather than publish a price list. Delivery, setup, crew and teardown are inside the figure. Send us the dates and the format and you get a firm number in writing.

Do you deliver outside the canton, or abroad?

All 26 Swiss cantons, and across the border for Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Transport is quoted inside the same figure, so a project in Versoix and a project in Annemasse are read the same way on paper.

Can I buy rather than rent?

Yes, and many clients start with a rental precisely to test the format before investing. We sell and install permanent LED, LCD, OLED, transparent displays, totems and kiosks, all driven by our own DATAVSN software, with maintenance and support handled by the same team.
