That depends on the format and on what is already out on other jobs. An indoor screen of a standard size is the simplest case; a large outdoor wall or a custom build needs more preparation, mostly for rigging and structure. In the city of Geneva, an event screen on public ground also needs its authorisations filed at least 30 days ahead. Give us the date first and we will tell you whether it can be done.

Surfaces start at about 3 m², a backdrop for a CICG breakout room, and go to 30 m² and beyond in a Palexpo hall; for open-air events, our trailers carry 7 to 63 m². LED is modular, so the size follows the room and its ceiling height. Viewing distance and content set the Pixel Pitch: P3.9 outdoors; P2.6, P1.8 or finer indoors, for example behind a shop window on the Rues Basses.

We deliver to Palexpo, the CICG, the international quarter and the hotels along the lake, as well as shops and showrooms across the 45 communes. For every booking, we check load limits, access times and the build window with the venue's technical office ourselves. That part is our job, not yours.

For an event on public ground in the city of Geneva, the City and the canton give joint authorisations: apply at least 30 days ahead, 60 days if a risk, medical, noise or traffic concept is required, and 90 days with a security concept. A permanent advertising screen visible from public ground needs prior authorisation from the commune; in the city, from the Service de l'espace public. A screen in a shop window, used for the shop's own account or temporarily, needs no authorisation under the cantonal advertising law. Luminous or lit advertising on solid panels is banned anywhere visible from the quays of the lake, the Rhône and the Arve.

Every rig travels with spare panels, so a failed module is swapped without taking the wall down, whether in a Palexpo hall or a hotel ballroom. On single-day events our crew is there throughout; on longer runs, on-site cover is available on request, and otherwise a technician comes out when you call.

Yes. In a mission lobby or on a small stand at Palexpo, where a wall would not fit, a HYPERVSN 3D hologram or the 32-inch HoloBox can be rented for the event. We can also produce the 3D content, because a hologram playing stock footage wastes the format.

The figure depends mainly on four things: the surface, the number of days, the access and the rigging Palexpo, the CICG or the hotel requires. That is why we price each brief instead of publishing a list. Transport from Fribourg, set-up, crew and teardown are included. Send us the dates and the format and you get a firm figure in writing.

Yes: all 26 Swiss cantons, and across the border to France, Italy, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein. Transport sits in the same figure, so a job in Versoix and a job in Annemasse are quoted the same way.

Yes. For permanent installations, from offices in Meyrin to shops on the Rues Basses, we sell and install LED, LCD, OLED and transparent displays, totems and kiosks, and the same team maintains them. As an option, DATAVSN, our own software, can run the fixed LED screens, totems and open-frame displays.
