In Basel the range runs from a 3 m² backdrop in a Hall 4 room to walls of 30 m² and more in Hall 1, and trailers from 7 to 63 m² for the open air. LED is modular, so the size follows the room and its ceiling height; viewing distance and content then give the Pixel Pitch: P3.9 outdoors; P2.6, P1.8 or finer indoors, as behind a shop window.

We deliver to Messe Basel, the Congress Center, the Event Hall and the Musical Theater, as well as hotels, showrooms and shopping streets in both Basel cantons. We contact the venue's technical office ourselves for every booking to confirm load limits, access times and build windows. You do not have to brief us on that.

For an event on public ground in the city of Basel, the permit comes from the Allmendverwaltung of the Tiefbauamt, and the final application must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the event; nothing may be anchored in the road or pavement. Outdoor advertising generally needs a building permit from the Bau- und Gastgewerbeinspektorat, and for a lit screen the application must show its effect at night. A screen in a shop window is assessed case by case, while advertising film on the inside of the glass needs neither a permit nor a notification. The cantonal police do not accept animated, projected, dazzling or flashing advertising within view of drivers.

We carry spare panels with every rig, so a faulty module is replaced without taking the wall down. During a single-day event our crew remains on site; for a fair over several days, on-site cover can be booked, otherwise a technician comes out.

Yes. On a small stand at Messe Basel or in a lobby, where there is no room for a wall, a HYPERVSN 3D hologram or the 32-inch HoloBox can be rented instead. We can also make the 3D content, since stock footage wastes what a hologram can do.

Surface, duration, access and the rigging the hall permits: these set the price, so we quote each brief instead of publishing a price list. Transport from Fribourg to Basel, set-up, crew and teardown are included. Send us the dates and the format for a firm figure, in writing.
