How fast can you deliver in the canton of Zurich?
It depends on the format and on what is already out on other jobs. Large outdoor walls and custom builds need more lead time, mostly because of rigging and structure rather than the panels themselves. In Zurich, the venue's build window also counts. Tell us the date first and we will say whether it is realistic.
What screen sizes can I get?
From a 3 m² backdrop in a meeting room to walls of 30 m² and beyond in the Oerlikon halls, and trailers from 7 to 63 m² for events in the open. LED is modular, so the surface is built to your room. We work back from viewing distance, ceiling height and the content you want to show, then propose a Pixel Pitch (P3.9 outdoors; P2.6, P1.8 or finer indoors) that stays sharp where your audience actually stands. In a shop window, the Pixel Pitch is finer.
Do you know the Zurich venues, or do I have to brief you?
We deliver to Messe Zürich, the Hallenstadion, Halle 622, Halle 550, StageOne, The Circle at the airport and the Kongresshaus, as well as hotels, showrooms and shopping streets across the canton. For every booking we contact the venue's technical office ourselves to confirm load limits, access times and build windows. That part is our job, not yours.
Do I need a permit for a screen outdoors in the city of Zurich?
For an event on public ground, yes: the permit comes from the Stadtpolizei, whose Büro für Veranstaltungen asks for the application at least four weeks ahead. A permanent advertising screen is another case. It needs a building permit. Under the city's current guidelines, digital advertising screens are as a rule only allowed inside shop windows; brightness is capped at 1’500 cd/m² by day and 300 cd/m² at dusk and at night, and screens must be off from 22:00 to 06:00.
What happens if something fails during the event?
On single-day events our crew stays with you; on longer runs, on site cover is available on request. Outside that, one call is enough and a technician comes out. Spare panels travel with every rig, so a failed module is swapped without taking the wall down.
Can I rent a hologram instead of a screen?
Yes. HYPERVSN 3D holograms and the HoloBox are available for rent too, and they are often the better answer in a lobby or on a small stand where a wall would simply not fit. We can also produce the 3D content, since a hologram running stock footage is a waste of the format.
What does a rental actually cost?
It depends on the surface, the duration, the access, the venue's build window and how much rigging the venue requires, which is why we quote a brief rather than publish a price list. Transport from Fribourg, setup, crew and teardown are inside the figure. Send us the dates and the format and you get a firm number in writing.
Do you deliver outside the canton, or abroad?
All 26 Swiss cantons, and across the border for Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Transport is quoted inside the same figure, so a project in Winterthur and a project in Vaduz are read the same way on paper.
Can I buy rather than rent?
Yes. We sell and install permanent LED, LCD, OLED, transparent displays, totems and kiosks, with maintenance and support handled by the same team. As an option, our DATAVSN software can run the fixed LED screens, totems and open-frame displays.
