Can you deliver on my date in the canton of Fribourg?
The answer depends on the format and on the equipment already booked for other jobs. A standard indoor screen is the easiest case to plan; a big outdoor wall or a custom build takes more preparation, for the structure and the rigging. Outdoors in the city of Fribourg, the Police locale's deadline counts too. Send us the date first and we will tell you whether it is realistic.
What screen sizes can I get?
We build anything from about 3 m², a backdrop in a meeting room, to 30 m² and beyond in Forum Fribourg's Hall 1, which is 6 to 7.5 m high. Outdoors, the LED trailers offer 7 to 63 m². Because LED is modular, the size is set by the room and its height; viewing distance and content decide the Pixel Pitch: P3.9 outdoors; P2.6, P1.8 or finer indoors, as in a shop window.
Do you know the Fribourg venues, or do I have to brief you?
We deliver to Forum Fribourg, Espace Gruyère in Bulle, the university and blueFACTORY, and to hotels, showrooms and shops across the seven districts. Load limits, access times and build windows: we settle them with each venue's technical office ourselves, so you do not have to.
Who authorises an outdoor screen in Fribourg?
For an event on public ground in the city, apply to the Police locale at least 20, 30 or 60 working days ahead for an expected audience under 200, up to 1’000 or over 1’000. Advertising on the screen needs a separate authorisation from the prefecture, requested at least a month before it starts. A permanent advertising screen needs the district prefect's authorisation, or a building permit where one is required. Advertising in a shop window needs no cantonal authorisation, though the city has extra rules in its historic districts and on protected buildings; since June 2023, advertising signs and shop lighting must be off from midnight to 05:00.
What happens if something fails during the event?
Every delivery includes spare panels, so a failed module is changed while the wall stays up. On a single-day event we stay with you; for longer runs, on-site cover can be booked, or a technician comes out to you.
Can I rent a hologram instead of a screen?
Yes. HYPERVSN 3D holograms and the 32-inch HoloBox can be rented too, and they suit a reception or a small trade-fair stand where a wall would not fit. We can also create the 3D content, because stock footage does a hologram no justice.
What does a rental actually cost?
The figure depends on the surface, the duration, the access and the rigging the venue requires, so we quote each brief rather than publish a price list. Transport, set-up, crew and teardown are on the quote like every other line, even when the trip is short. With your dates and format, we come back with a firm figure, in writing.
Do you deliver outside the canton, or abroad?
Yes: all 26 Swiss cantons, and Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Liechtenstein. Transport from Fribourg is in the figure, whether the job is in Bulle, Murten or Basel.
Can I buy rather than rent?
Yes. We supply and install permanent LED, LCD, OLED or transparent screens, totems and kiosks, from a shop in the old town to a plant in the Sense district, and look after maintenance with the same team. As an option, our DATAVSN software can run the fixed LED screens, totems and open-frame displays.
