Find the right LED screen.

Say where it goes, then choose its size: set the area with the slider, type the width and height, or pull the corner of the screen. It snaps to the real panels, drawn to scale.

Screen size

Type a size in metres, for example 5 × 3: it snaps to the panels.

The screen and the person are drawn to scale; the setting around them grows with the screen. Pull the cyan corner to change the size; once it has focus, the arrow keys change the width and the height.

Datasheet.

An indoor wall is a permanent installation; an outdoor screen is sealed for the weather; a rental screen for an event is built from other panels. What follows is what you can plan with; the rest comes with the written offer, matched to your site.

Fixed LED walls can run on DATAVSN.

Our own CMS, hosted in Switzerland, available on every fixed LED wall we sell and never imposed. Event and rental LED screens run on your live sources. It starts with content and grows with your project, in that order.

  1. Content and scheduling

Publish, schedule and update every LED screen from one place. The base of every DATAVSN installation.

  2. Anonymous audience measurement

How many people passed, stopped and for how long. Counting only: no faces recognised, no emotions detected.

  3. Interactivity

Touch, sensors and live data when the LED screen has to respond, not just display.

Your questions.
Answered straight.

Anything specific to your site is settled when we size the screen.

Which LED pixel pitch do I need?

It follows the nearest viewer. Under 3 m, fine pitch between P0.9 and P2.6. Between 3 and 6 m, P2.6 to P3.9. Beyond 6 m, P3.9 reads like a fixed picture; outdoors, brightness matters more than pitch. Content, ambient light and budget shift the choice, so we confirm it with you, on your plans or on site if necessary.

How big should an event LED screen be?

Size follows the room and the audience, not the other way round. As a starting point: 6 to 10 m² for up to a hundred people, 12 to 20 m² for a few hundred, 25 m² and more for large halls and open-air sites. A site visit, if needed, fixes the exact surface.

Can the LED screen stay outside?

Yes. Outdoor LED panels are IP65 rated, sealed against rain and snow, and bright enough to read in direct sun. For temporary outdoor sites without a structure, a mobile trailer raises a 7 to 63 m² screen on its own mast.

What does an LED screen rental include?

Delivery, build, calibration, the signal chain, a technician on site when the event needs one, and teardown. One company, one contact, from the quote to the moment the truck leaves. See rental.

Buy or rent an LED wall?

Buy when the LED wall belongs to a place: showroom, lobby, façade, shop. Rent when it belongs to a date: conference, gala, launch, fair. See sales and how it works.

How much does a giant LED screen cost?

It depends on the surface, the pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor panels, and whether you buy or rent. A fixed LED wall is priced as an installation, with structure, cabling and commissioning; a rental is priced as an event package, with crew, transport and teardown. We quote in writing on your brief, never from a catalogue.

How does a project unfold?

A site visit if needed, a written proposal, then the build. For a rental, we plan the build and the teardown around your event hours; for a fixed LED wall, the schedule follows your fit-out and your architect. One team, one contact, from the first measurement to the handover.

Where do you install LED screens?

Across Switzerland, from our base in Fribourg: Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Basel, Fribourg and everywhere in between, with projects in neighbouring Europe on request.

Three things to tell us

  1. The place. Indoor or outdoor, the room, the wall, the site.
  2. The audience. How many people, and how close the nearest ones stand.
  3. The dates. A fixed LED wall for years, or an event LED screen for a weekend.
